By accessing the Shownic website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding contracts under UAE law, and that you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full. Shownic reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.
To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Shownic is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
Shownic reserves the right to terminate accounts at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to our platform or other users.
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, Shownic does not warrant that product descriptions are complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices and will notify affected customers promptly. Prices are displayed in AED and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Placing an order on our platform constitutes an offer to purchase a product. Shownic reserves the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us. We accept major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash on delivery for eligible orders. All transactions are processed securely through certified payment gateways.
Full payment is required at the time of order unless a financing plan is selected.
Orders may be subject to additional verification for fraud prevention.
Shownic is not responsible for delays caused by payment processing issues.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control including logistics delays, public holidays, or adverse weather. Shownic is not liable for consequential losses arising from delivery delays. For installation services, you are responsible for ensuring safe and appropriate access to the installation site. Any damage caused by failure to meet site requirements is not the responsibility of Shownic.
Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of purchase for unused products in original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing accessories may not be eligible for a full refund. Shownic reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items before approving a refund.
All products sold by Shownic carry a manufacturer’s warranty as specified on the product page. Warranty claims must be submitted through our customer support team and are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow product instructions.
All content on the Shownic platform, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of Shownic or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent from Shownic.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shownic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. We encourage customers to contact our support team in the first instance to resolve any disputes amicably before pursuing legal remedies.
